In brief: Hero unveils its new pro account
In 2022, the young Parisian start-up Hero entered the FinTech market with a BtoB payment offering presented as customizable and surfing on the BNPL and deferred payment trends. Today, backed by a new license, this same FinTech has just unveiled its new ambitions to complete its offering by proposing a dedicated account for professionals.
While Hero had already reassured investors of the seriousness of its proposition when it raised €11.3 million last June, the FinTech has also just received its payment institution authorization from the ACPR.
This latest vote of confidence enables the company to realize its ambitions in the market for financial services dedicated to professionals. Hero will soon be offering a new all-in-one payment account backed by financing solutions. French VSEs and SMEs will be the first to be targeted by this new service offering, which will include :
a Visa Platinium debit card,
discounted instant cash solutions,
short-term credit and supplier invoice financing options.
To get the ball rolling, Hero has chosen to offer a free pro account to the first 5,000 customers of its new offering.
In addition to France, Hero is also planning to extend its services to Europe, thanks to its new license.
