In brief: 4 million customers for Boursorama Banque

As usual, and proud of the milestones it has passed, Boursorama has just announced that its customer portfolio has passed the symbolic 4 million mark. A new milestone, which once again allows the online bank to highlight its good results in terms of prospecting.


It will have taken Boursorama Banque one year to attract 1 million new customers, while the online bank of the Société Générale group celebrated its 3 million customers last August.

The pace of Boursorama's prospection is therefore accelerating, notably driven by the 400,000 new customers welcomed by Boursorama in the first quarter of 2022 following the partnership agreement signed with ING.

Boursorama is now ahead of schedule in its objective to capture 4.5 million customers by 2025, and is consolidating its position as the leading online bank in France, far ahead of its main competitors.

The anti-inflation argument

To continue its growth, Boursorama is counting on its low-cost positioning and its latest title of cheapest bank for 14 consecutive years. It charges its customers an average of 7.79 euros per year, compared with an average of 210 euros charged by other market players.
