CHALLENGES

  • World first. With this offer, Fiat stands out as the first car maker in Spain featuring a full-digital car rental process.
  • Speeding up car rental procedures. Fiat’s new process only packs in the bare minimum, enabling customers to rent a car in no more than 10 minutes.
  • More than just a leasing offer. Fiat adds all-inclusive service packs including tyres and the management of fines, in line with their promise of a pressure-free car rental offer.

MARKET PERSPECTIVE

  • The car industry also made room for today’s full-digital trend, applying this process to both car sales and car rentals, despite remaining logistics constraints. Fiat complies with evolving marketing methods and further relies on digital channels for their launches.
  • This digital process has also been applied to other offers: last June, in Italy, they introduced an Amazon-based short-term leasing offer.
