ISIS’s Commercial Launches this Summer
- ISIS is planning its first commercial launch for this Summer in Salt Lake City and Austin with the help of 1,000 merchants. No extensive list of partner retailers has yet been unveiled. Large scale deployments are expected to take place sometime in 2013.
- Several card issuers have been mentioned including Chase, Capital One and Barclaycard. Partnerships with POS devices specialists (VeriFone, Ingenico, ViVOtech, and Equinox) and mobile phone manufactures (HTC, LG, Motorola, RIM, Samsung and Sony Ericsson) have also been set up.
