PayPal Proposing a Smart Mobile Wallet
- At the SXSW conferences in Texas, PayPal has presented some of the features to be encountered in the mobile wallet it should be rolling out in May 2012.
- Designed to fit in the group’s multichannel strategy, the “intelligent” wallet will include filtering, customisation and sharing options. Customers will be able to choose their preferred means of payment for each transaction and switch for any other one within 5 to 7 days (card, instalments, loyalty points or airline miles, etc.).
- Also, the smart wallet will automatically search for “deals" and compare prices for its user.
