The national register of potentially fraudulent IBANs enters into service
A bill was introduced in the Senate on October 22nd to improve the fight against fraud by means of Scriptural payment. It stressed the importance of creating a National record of accounts reported for risk of fraud and whose management would be entrusted to the Banque de France. It was adopted by the Senate last November. Today, this file is now operational.
