Solidarity finance takes a new course, but remains marginal

In 2025, solidarity savings increased by 15% to 34 billion euros outstanding in France. FAIR is driving this economy. The association thus federates the main players of social impact finance in France, studies the market via an observatory dedicated to La Croix, carries a label (Finasol) and an independent committee for the labelling of solidarity savings products. FAIR also recently presented its latest observatory, highlighting a dynamic that directs household savings towards social and environmental projects anchored in the territories, while remaining a very limited fraction of total financial savings.
