The neo-bank offering financial services to professionals and businesses Shine Today there is a new adventure in the course of its history already marked by many upheavals. Purchased by the historical bank Société Générale in 2020, the latter chosen in 2024 to the Danish group Ageras. But today, the European leader in cloud management solutions for professionals, Cegid, is acquiring FinTech.
