SG transfers its account keeping-retail to Crédit Mutuel Arkéa
Société Générale and Credit Mutuel Arkéa have announced a historic agreement on the divestment of the account-keeping business carried out by SG Securities Services (SGSS) to the benefit of ProCapital, a subsidiary of Arkéa. A strategic step both for the refocusing of SGSS on wholesale customers (BtoB) and for Arkéa's ambition to become a referent actor of the back office white label titles.
