Senate creates a national register of potentially fraudulent IBAN
A bill was introduced in the Senate on 22 October to combat fraud against the means of payment. It stressed the importance of creating a national register of accounts reported for risk of fraud and managed by the Banque de France. And the law on this subject has just been passed by the Senate.
