Paysera: the first European NDE to access the ECB's T2 system live
The Lithuanian e-money institution Paysera is taking a structural step by becoming the first non-banking player to gain direct participation in the T2 settlement system (Target 2). This progress, driven by recent European regulatory developments, allows fintech to free itself from intermediary banks to deal with its large-scale flows, levelling the playing field with traditional credit institutions.
