Metro Bank opens its agencies to refresh passersby during the heatwave

Metro Bank transforms its 78 agencies into air-conditioned shelters open to all during the summer, as part of an initiative to support populations during heat waves. This strategic decision was taken in response to the increased risk of heat waves and is part of a broader scheme called "Cool Spaces" for London agencies, led by the Greater London Authority, the Greater London Administration.
