Manipulation fraud is gaining ground
The Bank of France has published its latest Monitoring Centre for Payment Security (OSMP). This progress report, submitted to the Minister responsible for the Economy, Finance and Industry and forwarded to Parliament, is the main national body responsible for ensuring the security and fight against fraud in all means of payment (cards, cheques, transfers, cash, etc.). And this edition highlights a paradigm shift regarding fraud, marked by ever more risk of manipulation.
