ING accelerates real estate credit decisions thanks to AI agentique
ING deploys an AI agent in the Netherlands to speed up the processing of real estate credit applications and provide faster and clearer decisions to clients and brokers. After a successful pilot launched in March 2026, the bank moved to a new scale by generalizing the system, while keeping the final decision in the hands of its employees.
