BPCE is still strengthening in residential real estate with Izimmo and Liberkeys
The Group COPD and Credit Mutuel Arkéa enter into exclusive negotiations for a double transaction: the acquisition of Izimmo, a specialist in investment and real estate savings, and Liberkeys, a network of agents dedicated to the transaction in the old. For BPCE, this strategic decision is part of the expansion and structuring of the group's housing supply across the residential market.
