BNP Paribas merges its asset management activities
BNP Paribas Realize its Acquisition of activities AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM). The operation, announced in the summer of 2024, now leads to the creation of a leading European asset manager and to the ambitions now assumed internationally. A merger of the main entities of the two former groups is presented.
