BNP Paribas is reviewing its customer and agency relationship management model

The South-East Regional Director BNP ParibasPierre Veyres recently informed the press about the direction of the 2030 strategic plan of the French bank. The latter had chosen this region to test a group dynamics which would later be generalized throughout the territory. At the heart of this new strategy, modernisation ambitions for the relationship with all the bank's customers. If the advisor remains presented as a pillar of the relationship, it is also the case of the bank's digital services that chooses to reduce its network.
