Auchan Tests flash’N Pay
- The retail group Auchan is now testing flash’N Pay, a mobile app designed by its banking arm Oney Banque Accord. The free app enables its users to pay for their purchases, as well as manage their coupons and rewards programmes using their mobile phone.
- The user scans a QR-code displayed on the POS device with his phone’s camera to identify his shopping cart; he then enters his PIN code on the POS’s keypad for authentication and initiates his payment.
