- PayPal launches PayPal Here, a new dongle allowing small merchants to accept all kinds of means of payment (mag-stripe debit or credit card payments, PayPal payments, cheques and, even, cash payments).
- This dongle is mainly intended for small merchants benefiting from a PayPal account. A flat rate of 2.7% is charged for card transactions. Equipped merchants will also receive a PayPal debit card providing them with a 1% cash-back.
