Breizh Banque, Regional Virtual Branch
- Briton Crédit Agricole branches have been taking advantage of their customers’ commitment to their region: in 2009, they launched Breizh Banque: a dedicated virtual branch which now counts about 1,500 subscribers and 100,000 visitors per year. It addition to a traditional e-banking portal (account and banking services access), they also propose labelled regional products as well as a community forum.
