VeriFone Buys Hypercom
- After having rejected a first hostile bid in September 2010, Hypercom will finally be purchased by VeriFone for 485 million dollars all stocks. The merger should be concluded in the second semester 2011. Through this acquisition, VeriFone enters the French market, via the Thales installed park which belongs to Hypercom.
