Glia is an American company offering artificial intelligence technologies to banking players. It has just announced the deployment of "AI Outreach", a solution of outgoing calls and text messages driven by the AI, intended for US banks and credit unions. The tool is presented as a means of automating contacts and a part of banks' prospecting efforts, while preserving the relationshipal model of the local bank.
