Lloyds puts AI in charge of fraud control
Lloyds Banking Group deploys a new AI agent system to support its teams dedicated to the fight against fraud in real time and, as a result, launches Scam Check, a shopping scam analysis tool integrated into the payment path. The bank is thus committed to further strengthening the protection of its customers against increasing risks.
