The French bank BNP Paribas officially announced thatArval, its subsidiary specialized in long-term vehicle rental and new mobility solutions, had entered into exclusive negotiations with Mercedes-Benz Group for the acquisition ofAthlon, the specialist of long term rental and fleet management of the Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG group.
