Belfius offers assurtech Leocare
The Belgian insurer Belfius just announced the acquisition of the French assurtech Leocare. By acquiring 100% of Insurlytech, Leocare's parent company, Belfius Insurance is thus realizing its expansion beyond Belgian borders. This transaction opens Belfius up a rapid entry into the French digital insurance market and lays the foundation for a large-scale European online insurance model.
